Clay joined the HollandStivers team in 2015 as the Strategic Services Coordinator before taking the role of Chief Operating Officer of HollandStivers Employer Solutions in 2020. His primary responsibilities include overseeing both the Account Management and Sales & Marketing departments, development of strategic services for clients, client relationships, & technology/data services. Clay holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Murray State University.

Ashley has been with HollandStivers since 2014 as an Account Manager before taking the role of Director of Account Management for HollandStivers Employer Solutions in 2020. Ashley’s primary duties include overseeing Account Managers, managing strategic groups of over 50 employees, handling group quotes for health, life, dental, vision and disability plans, implementing new group plans, renewing existing group plans and advising clients. Ashley graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communication from Murray State University in 2006 and is licensed in Health & Life Insurance.

Before joining HollandStivers Employer Solutions, Tony worked as an Aflac Regional Sales Coordinator.

Ronnie is one of our Administrative Support Coordinators and has been with HollandStivers for 20 years. She has over 40 years in the insurance business, having previously worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield before joining HollandStivers Employer Solutions. Ronnie holds a Health & Life Insurance License in the state of Kentucky and her primary duties involve assisting Employer Solutions customers with claims, billing questions, and aiding all Account Managers with customer service.
