Olivia has been with HollandStivers since 2019 and acts as our Administrative Support Coordinator for our Mayfield Office. Olivia’s main responsibilities involve assisting Employer Solutions customers with claims, billing questions, aiding Account Managers and Medicare Specialists with customer service, and scheduling appointments. Prior to joining HollandStivers Employer Solutions, Olivia was a representative at Aflac. Olivia holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Murray State University.
